Onboarding Manager

Overview:

Digioh is seeking a talented and motivated Onboarding Manager to join our team. As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful start with our platform. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, helping them understand and utilize our products, and ensuring their satisfaction and success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with new clients to understand their unique business needs and objectives. Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to help clients achieve their goals using Digioh's solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Digioh's software, as well as other 3rd parties in the Shopify ecosystem, and stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates. Train clients on the use of Digioh products and their effectiveness.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their onboarding process and any relevant updates or changes. Gather feedback and relay it to the relevant teams within Digioh.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or obstacles that clients encounter during the onboarding process. Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical or operational challenges.
  • Success Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client onboarding. Ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes and ROI.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, including best practices, guides, and resources, to support clients in their journey with Digioh.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience of at least 2-3 years.
  • Proven experience in a client onboarding, customer success, or account management role, preferably in a SaaS company, working with eCommerce brands..
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, lead generation, or related fields in eCommerce specifically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and achieve their goals.
  • Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Slack, etc.

Solutions Engineer

Overview:

Digioh, a leader in creating onsite, interactive & engaging experiences for over 20,000 websites globally in the eCommerce space, is currently hiring for a Solutions Engineer. Reporting to Digioh's VP of Engineering, the role of a Solutions Engineer here at Digioh is an exciting one, with the ability to work closely along both our customers in the eCommerce industry, and our core engineering team, to assist in the creation of continued scale of both the platform, and the Digioh organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a solutions expert within the Digioh platform, leveraging an array of technologies and patterns
  • Gather requirements, analyze requirements, design frameworks, and build solutions that meet the needs of Digioh customers
  • Code software solutions that satisfy identified requirements, with potential future scale as a forethought
  • Write and document tests to exercise code changes.
  • Review pull requests from other members of the engineering team
  • Integrate external software systems and APIs into our solutions
  • Provide diagnosis, triage and troubleshooting of production issues, both proactively and in response to customer support requests
  • Ensure a high level of reliability, scalability, and maintainability to ensure the long term success of our solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering team members to continuously deliver software solutions, field support requests, and support software releases
  • Work with Digioh partners to provide software solutions that meet the needs of shared customers
  • Identify potential solutions to customer needs through dialog, research and focused proofs of concepts
  • Document software solutions for internal and external use


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ software engineering experience, preferably within the Shopify or Magento eCommerce space
  • Fluency in JavaScript is required
  • Fluency in the Microsoft development environment (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and technologies such as Git, pull requests, IDEs, and DevOps concepts.
  • Self-directed and continuous learner with ability to pivot and adapt as new initiatives or opportunities are identified.
  • Clear communicator across both internal and external audiences
