Before we dive in, if you missed our latest and greatest UI updates last month, now is the time to log in and see the changes for yourself. We’re talking new toggles, a simplified UI, and a sleeker and faster Digioh. Here’s a recap of those changes that we shared in February.
We heard you: breakpoints can be confusing. So instead of “breakpoints”, you’ll now see “screen size” in Digioh. We have pre-set default sizes for Desktop and Mobile. But don’t worry, you will still have the ability to add custom sizes if you need them. Just ask our team for help!
Our team did a big push to reduce the size of our javascript (this equals faster load times for you). This update also includes a new Conditions Monitor which makes it much easier to understand why a box is or is not showing.
Previously when you built a new box, you’d find that at the bottom of the box list. For some accounts, that meant you’d have to scroll a while to get to that new box. We’ve re-worked that setting and you’ll now find new boxes at the top of your box list.
And speaking of building new boxes, have you seen the new look and feel for our pre-built Themes? Now you can at-a-glance visualize all steps of a form and see the mobile version.
A quick start checklist is now available in Digioh if you have less than 1 box OR less than 1 quiz. This checklist is a guide to help you get up and running quickly. Each step points to supporting documentation and if you complete the whole checklist there may or may not be a surprise from our team at the end.
We are thrilled to partner with Gorgias to bring even greater personalization to ecommerce! Our customers have consistently asked how they can deliver 1-to-1 personalized experiences after a quiz. With the Digioh-Gorgias integration, every quiz response and product recommendation is seamlessly pushed into Gorgias customer profiles.
Ranavat recently implemented Digioh's integration with Gorgias. This allows them to send all the rich zero-party data they collect to their CX platform in real time, allowing for more personalized and revenue-driving support interactions. Now when a customer has an issue, their CX team has all the data they need to not only provide a quick, tailored resolution, but also recommend products that the customer will love based on their quiz results.
What can a CX team do with Digioh data? Customer support teams can now leverage quiz insights in their responses, allowing them to recommend ideal products, drive upsells, and play a part in reducing return and refund rates - all while creating a more personalized customer experience.
Digioh now integrates natively with Tapcart! To date, setting up a Digioh box in Tapcart required us to jump in and add custom JS for each case. Why? Because clicking Add to Cart or tapping on a product image would try to open a webview inside the Tapcart app, either sending users to the PDP on the website or adding products to a temporary cart instead of Tapcart’s actual cart. But not anymore! Now, Digioh will automatically detect when it’s running inside Tapcart and seamlessly:
And the best part? This works with both the old and new Tapcart versions, and it's already live! Read the help doc here.
You can now target the products in a customer's cart (on Shopify) to deliver customized campaigns like a popup encouraging them to add a specific product to their cart if it's not in there already. Another use case would be if you want to help them build a bundle if certain products are already in the cart. Truly the use cases here are endless! How will you leverage this new extension feature?
Our UI team has been hard at work on a prototype for the upcoming Campaign Styles Page. This will help you set the brand styles you need and apply them in the editor.
And they've also built out prototypes for contextual menus right in the editor itself! Digioh is getting quite the makeover!
