Digioh, Inc. (“Digioh”) and its subsidiary Push Planet, LLC, collectively referred to as “Digioh”, takes privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy, which describes the types of information collected by Digioh (the “Digioh Site”) and how Digioh may use that information.
Individuals who simply browse the Digioh Site (“Guests”) may be able to view products and information, request information and engage in certain services on the Digioh Site. Users of the Digioh Site who enter into a separate User Agreement with Digioh (“Customers”) may be able to engage in certain other services on or through the Digioh Site. “Users”(a referred to herein) may include Guests, Customers, and where applicable, individuals whose Personal Information is processed in connection with the Services, including through integrations with third-party data providers.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of Digioh’s Terms of Use, which can be viewed on the Digioh Site. This Privacy Policy covers Digioh’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and other non-personally identifiable information that Digioh gathers when a User accesses the Digioh Site and when a User or Customer registers to receive services from Digioh (the “Services”). By visiting the Digioh Site or using the Services, each User expressly acknowledges that such User accepts the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and consents to Digioh’s use and disclosure of such User’s Personal Information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. If a User does not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, such User should not use the Digioh Site or the Services. If a User chooses to use the Digioh Site or the Services, Digioh may require such User to provide contact and identity information, billing information, and other Personal Information as indicated on the Digioh Site. Once a User registers on the Digioh Site, such User is no longer anonymous to us. The information that we gather from a User through the Digioh Site enables Digioh to provide, maintain and improve the Digioh Site and the Services, personalize User’s experience on the Digioh Site, process User’s requests, and process the requests of others, and includes the following information:
Digioh may use User’s Personal Information to:
During the course of operating Digioh’s business, Digioh may use Users’ Personal Information to deliver information to Users that may be targeted to Users’ interests. Upon receipt of the first communication of this type, a User will have the opportunity to opt-out of future communications by clicking on unsubscribe link or by following unsubscribe instructions described within the communication. If a User does not want to receive email or other communications from Digioh, such User can also contact Digioh at privacy@digioh.com. However, as part of a Customer’s registration for the Services, such Customer may receive certain communications from Digioh, such as administrative announcements and customer service messages regarding the Services and products, and Customer will not be able to opt out of receiving such communications.
From time to time, Digioh may implement solutions designed to more efficiently capture a User’s communications preferences. In any such event, Digioh will attempt to reflect any previously stated communicated preferences within such solutions.
Digioh uses Google user data to provide a “Sign in with Google” experience to our customers. The verified email address of the Google user is the only user data that is used and is only used for sign in purposes. This data is not stored by Digioh and is only used during the sign in procedure.
Digioh’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Digioh does not sell or rent for commercial gain Users’ Personal Information to third parties. Digioh may share and Users hereby consent to our sharing of personal information with the following persons or entities:
Emails from Digioh or its business partners, and the Digioh Site itself, may contain links to other Internet websites, including sites that may or may not be owned or operated by Digioh. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Digioh is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including such sites’ use of any information collected when email recipients or the Digioh Site’s visitors click through links to those sites. If a User visits such websites, Digioh encourages such Users to become familiar with the privacy practices and any terms of use of such sites.
If a User is registered to receive Digioh Services, such User can access, review, modify, and delete User’s Personal Information at any time by logging into such User’s account on the Digioh Site and accessing the User profile. For Personal Information that Digioh stores about Users that is not visible on the Digioh Site, Users may contact Digioh at privacy@digioh.com or to request access to, modification of, or deletion of such Personal Information.
In general, Digioh uses Personal Information only for the purpose of providing service to Users. On request to privacy@digioh.com, we will inform Users as to how their Personal Information has been used and the specific third parties to which it has been shared. However, we cannot always delete or limit the sharing of Personal Information without impacting our ability to provide Digioh Services to Users. If Digioh cannot fulfil a User request to delete or limit the sharing of Personal Information, Digioh will offer cancellation of Digioh Services and deletion of all Personal Information with no penalty.
Digioh may delete Personal Information when Digioh determines that it no longer needs it. Additionally, Digioh may retain Personal Information as permitted or required by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies, and help prevent bad actors from using the Digioh Site.
Digioh is concerned about the safety and privacy of children who use the Internet. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Digioh will never knowingly request Personal Information from anyone less than 18 years of age without prior verifiable parental consent. If a person becomes aware that its child under 18 years of age has provided Digioh with Personal Information without prior verifiable parental consent, please contact us at privacy@digioh.com and Digioh will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly remove such information from our files.
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Digioh Site. In the event of amendment, all terms shall become effective on all Users immediately upon posting to the Digioh Site.
Digioh complies with the E.U-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Program and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Digioh has certified the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Data Privacy Framework Program principles and governance.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Framework Program, Digioh commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. European Union or Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Data Privacy Framework Program policy should first contact Digioh at: privacy@digioh.com.
Digioh has further committed to refer unresolved Data Privacy Framework Program complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and internationally. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not resolved your complaint, please contact or visit JAMS at https://www.jamsadr.com/DPF-Dispute-Resolution for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.
With respect to the sharing of Users’ Personal Information to third party agents, and in the event of damage, Digioh shall remain liable under the Data Privacy Framework Program principles if its agent processes such Personal Information in a manner inconsistent with Data Privacy Framework Program, unless Digioh proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to damage.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Digioh’s compliance with the Data Privacy Framework Program.
Any individual has the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding Data Privacy Framework Program compliance not resolved by any of the other Data Privacy Framework Program mechanisms. Additional information is available here.
