Senior Account Executive

Digioh, a category leader in contact acquisition, zero-party data capture, and zero-party data management in the retail/eCommerce and media/publishing industry, is growing - and actively searching for candidates who can fulfill a multi-faceted, yet highly strategic role in our growing go-to-market team.  This individual will report directly to the CRO and be strategically aligned with the CEO in specific functional areas, as we grow and expand the organization.  Today, Digioh works with over 1,500 global customers, across 15k+ websites, capturing 2B+ data points on a daily basis and driving conversion rates upwards of 3%+ for all of our customers.  As a key part of our focused growth, our goal is to double our rate of net new customer acquisition in the next 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through research and networking.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with customers.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Keeping accurate records of all sales activity in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to create and implement sales strategies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and other industry events to promote the company and its products/services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecast and pipeline to management.


Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in early to mid-stage technology startups
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience selling technology products or services in the eCommerce and/or Publishing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (added bonus if you love Slack and HubSpot!)
  • High emotional intelligence, with A+ organization skills!
  • Grit, determination, & drive - with the ability to fail fast and learn from it!
