Vice President of Growth Marketing


Digioh, a leader in creating unique onsite, customer-engaging experiences that drive a 3X increase in conversions for Shopify and Magento merchants, is currently hiring a VP of Growth Marketing. The VP of Growth Marketing will lead our marketing team and be responsible for running the strategy around acquisition, growth, customer retention, and brand for Digioh. This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, who brings over 10 years worth of SaaS experience across marketing, sales, business development, product and operations for similarly staged organizations that focus on eCommerce. Digioh's VP of Growth Marketing will be intimately involved in all components of pipeline generation and creative decisions made between Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Building and leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, branding, social media marketing, and customer marketing.
  • Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation, and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
  • Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
  • Work with the executive and leadership team to develop brand cohesiveness to our ideal customer profile, ensuring consistent messaging, design, and values are keenly aligned and staged for the next era of growth within the organization.
  • Monitoring and reporting on growth metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line
  • Leading market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies

Key Requirements:

  • You have a degree in Marketing or a related field
  • You have at least 4+ years of SaaS experience, focusing on the Shopify ecosystem and ideal customer profile
  • You have strong experience in understanding customer funnels within the Shopify ecosystem across content, performance marketing, social media, outbound marketing, etc.
  • You have solid tactical and strategic knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • You are adept at building relationships and communicating with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments

Solutions Engineer


Digioh, a leader in creating onsite, interactive & engaging experiences for over 20,000 websites globally in the eCommerce space, is currently hiring for a Solutions Engineer. Reporting to Digioh's VP of Engineering, the role of a Solutions Engineer here at Digioh is an exciting one, with the ability to work closely along both our customers in the eCommerce industry, and our core engineering team, to assist in the creation of continued scale of both the platform, and the Digioh organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a solutions expert within the Digioh platform, leveraging an array of technologies and patterns
  • Gather requirements, analyze requirements, design frameworks, and build solutions that meet the needs of Digioh customers
  • Code software solutions that satisfy identified requirements, with potential future scale as a forethought
  • Write and document tests to exercise code changes.
  • Review pull requests from other members of the engineering team
  • Integrate external software systems and APIs into our solutions
  • Provide diagnosis, triage and troubleshooting of production issues, both proactively and in response to customer support requests
  • Ensure a high level of reliability, scalability, and maintainability to ensure the long term success of our solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering team members to continuously deliver software solutions, field support requests, and support software releases
  • Work with Digioh partners to provide software solutions that meet the needs of shared customers
  • Identify potential solutions to customer needs through dialog, research and focused proofs of concepts
  • Document software solutions for internal and external use


  • 3+ years’ software engineering experience, preferably within the Shopify or Magento eCommerce space
  • Fluency in JavaScript is required
  • Fluency in the Microsoft development environment (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and technologies such as Git, pull requests, IDEs, and DevOps concepts.
  • Self-directed and continuous learner with ability to pivot and adapt as new initiatives or opportunities are identified.
  • Clear communicator across both internal and external audiences
