Getting to the Heart of the Customer Journey

Andie Swim knew shoppers loved the brand, but they wanted to know why some weren’t completing their purchases. What’s causing abandoned carts? What could be done to reduce returns? 

To find the answers to these questions, Andie Swim worked with Digioh to create a strategy that would bring feedback and personalized shopping to the forefront.

Step one: Capture real-time feedback from visitors before they left the site

Digioh helped Andie set up an exit intent survey to catch shoppers right when they were about to leave. By asking the right questions at the right time, Andie Swim uncovered key insights into hesitations, like how Australian shoppers differ from their US counterparts, allowing them to adjust the online shopping experience for each audience.

Step two: Make shopping fun and personalized

Andie launched an interactive quiz with Digioh to help shoppers find their perfect swimsuit. Questions about body type, style preferences, and how they planned to wear the suit led to personalized recommendations that took the guesswork out of swimsuit shopping. The result? Shoppers felt confident about their purchase before even hitting the ‘buy’ button.

Andie’s personalized quiz has driven a 296% increase in conversions and a 21% increase in AOV. The quiz also helped them add over 25,000 new Klaviyo email subscribers to their email list in 2024 alone. 

By pairing Digioh with Visually.io, Andie was able to test the best placement of the quiz throughout the customer journey and saw an additional 4.2% uplift in conversion rates as a result.

Andie Swim also improved their automated email flows revenue by 55% year over year thanks largely in part to their automated quiz email flow found natively inside of the Klaviyo flow library.
