Founded in 2017, Andie Swim is an eco-conscious, fashion-forward swimwear brand dedicated to crafting swimwear that suits everyone. Andie goes beyond just selling swimsuits—they offer a comprehensive shopping experience, aided by their Fit Experts and a transformative Fit Quiz, ensuring that every customer finds their perfect swimwear.
Andie Swim aimed to create a personalized shopping experience that mimics the personalized guidance provided by their in-house team of Fit Experts. As the brand grew its product offerings and faced rising acquisition costs and consumer expectations, this personalization became more challenging.
Charlotte Paffe, Senior Director of Ecommerce and Digital Product, explained; "We've seen returns increase year-over-year. We envisioned the Fit Quiz as a tool to help customers find the best fit and style for them, reducing returns and boosting lifetime value." While the in-house quiz their development team created showed promise, it was hard to maintain and did not integrate with their email marketing software, Klaviyo, creating significant retargeting challenges.

The Digioh quiz made a dramatic impact. In less than 8 months, it contributed $3 million in revenue, a 343% boost in conversion rates, and a 55.5% YoY increase in automated email revenue. More than just driving sales, the quiz has reshaped Andie's customer journey, providing highly personalized product suggestions that reduce returns and bolster customer confidence.
The captured zero-party data also enhances their email marketing. Andie enjoys an astonishing 70.9% click-through rate on quiz follow-up automated emails, setting the stage for future hyper-targeted campaigns.
Andie Swim has big plans for its ongoing partnership with Digioh.
