Build Your Own

From our Passport identification suite that brings back shoppers you lost, to the Digioh Agent now live in every account, here's what shipped this month.

‍

Passport: Recover and Grow Are Here

Passport is Digioh's identification suite, made up of three pieces that work together to identify more of your traffic and act on it. We’ve had Recognize for a while. It identifies visitors using your own zero- and first-party data.

Recover picks up where Recognize can't by tapping into the Digioh Identity Network to re-identify even more visitors. It checks whether they're already a Klaviyo contact and flags them if so, without adding anyone new or touching your suppression list.

Grow works on the visitors neither of those can reach (e.g., anonymous, first-time shoppers) and turns the high-intent ones into new, reachable contacts, sourced from Digioh's Identity Network of opted-in shoppers.

Say a previously known shopper goes quiet and your site can no longer identify them. When they come back to browse, Recover can re-identify them into Klaviyo, so your existing win-back or other type of flow can still trigger for them. You can also use this identification to serve them with a more personalized onsite experience based on what you know about them.

Recover and Grow are both in beta and Klaviyo-only for now, with more ESPs coming. Learn more about Passport here.

The Redesigned Identification Dashboard Shows Passport at Work

If you're using Digioh Passport, you’ll see a completely redesigned Identification tab in Reporting, now organized by your identified revenue, how you got there, and a breakdown of identified vs. anonymous traffic.

‍

‍

The first section leads with your total revenue tied to visitors Digioh identified, through Recognize, Recover, or both, counting purchases that happen within the attribution window after someone's identified.

The second section shows the path to that number: a flow from your total site traffic down through the on-site actions, like add-to-cart and checkout, that led there.

‍

‍

The third section splits identified vs. anonymous visitors, viewable as bars, a donut, a funnel, or whichever of the chart styles is easiest for you to read. Right next to it, a daily trend chart tracks re-identified and recovered visitors alongside the add-to-cart and checkout activity they drove, with tabs to isolate Recognize or Recover on their own.

The Digioh Agent Is Live (And Starting to Build)

The Digioh Agent is now live for every account. Ask it a question about your performance in plain language, and it works from your Digioh, GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo data to answer it. You don’t have to spend time combing through reports or exporting three different files before you can start comparing.

Ask something like "why did my quiz conversion drop last week" or "what's underperforming right now," and it pulls your data and tells you what it sees. If that raises another question, ask it. The first answer is a starting place, not the end of the conversation.

Built around your audience

We're also working with a small group of customers to test an early alpha of our AI Builder, where the Agent can build and launch a campaign directly from a prompt. Describe a campaign or idea in plain language and get something built for your store.

‍

A sneak peek at our AI campaign builder

One example we're really excited about: a Jewish gifts and Judaica brand used the Digioh Agent to build a "Spin the Dreidel" pop-up. This isn't something a template library would usually have on hand, because it's built for a more specific audience. This is one great example of what our AI builder is for: campaigns shaped around your brand and who you're selling to.

‍

Spin the Dreidel pop-up

Picture what that opens up for your own store: a scratch-off tied to your own seasonal drop, or a quiz built around something only your customers would recognize. If you can describe it, there's a good chance you can build it with the Digioh Agent.

A faster way to get your first campaigns live

We're also working on an account setup wizard that asks about your goals, takes a look at your site, and puts together a first set of campaigns and an onsite strategy in around 10 to 15 minutes, getting brands live faster than ever without compromising on quality or strategy.

Bring Digioh inside Claude

You don't have to work inside your Digioh account to use the Agent. Connect through the Digioh MCP and you can run it inside your own Claude, right alongside whatever other connectors you've already got set up. That means the strategy it builds isn't just informed by your Digioh, GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo data. It's pulling from everything else you've connected too.

If you want to learn more about this and where it’s headed, join our upcoming Product Update Webinar on October 14. We’ll be spending a lot of time demoing this!

A Refreshed Look for Digioh

‍

We're rolling out a refreshed look across Digioh. It's still early, and only a handful of accounts have it turned on so far.

If you want early access, ask your CSM or email us at beta@digioh.com to turn it on for you. We want this redesign to make your day-to-day easier, and the earlier we hear from you, the better we can make it.

‍

A Reusable Coupon Code for Every Visitor

You can now mark a coupon group as reusable, so one code can go out to every visitor, indefinitely, without ever running out or getting marked as used up.

Think sitewide sales, an evergreen welcome offer you want every new visitor to see, or a partner code that needs to keep working for as long as the partnership lasts. Turn on reusable once, and the same code keeps going out no matter how many people redeem it.

‍

Bot Protection, Now Per Campaign

Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection can now be turned on for individual campaigns instead of only account-wide.

Ask Support to turn it on at the account level, and from there you can flip it on for whichever campaigns need it, like a coupon pop-up or giveaway that tends to attract bots, without adding friction anywhere else. Learn more in this help doc.

As always, if you have questions about any of this or want help getting something set up, reach out to your CSM or contact us at support@digioh.com.
