Meet the Digioh Agent

Example conversation with the Digioh Agent. Currently in beta.

The Digioh Agent is an AI-powered assistant built into your Digioh account, designed to help you get answers and move faster on the platform. It's connected to your account data and GA4, so when you ask it a question about performance or strategy, it's working from your data (not generic info). Klaviyo and Shopify connections are coming next.

The more specific you are, the better the answer. Instead of "my campaign isn't working," try "why isn't my email capture campaign showing on my homepage?” Here are a few other example prompts:

  • How do I set up display rules for my pop-up to only show to first-time or anonymous visitors?
  • Which submission segments should get a dedicated onsite experience?
  • Are any campaigns showing unexpectedly low display volume?

You can also ask questions like ‘what are my top opportunities to improve how much revenue I’m driving?’ It will break down what to do based on priority and impact, so you know where to start.

Right now, the Digioh Agent is in beta and is read-only, meaning it can’t create or modify campaigns or make any changes itself within Digioh. But stay tuned, we have many more exciting updates to come to the agent. :)

Yotpo Reviews Extension Update

The Yotpo Reviews Extension now pulls reviews directly from the Yotpo API, meaning it works on any page for any campaign, not just pages where the Yotpo widget is already running.

You can display reviews in two ways: as a star rating summary (good for banners and sidebars where space is tight) or as individual detailed reviews with names, stars, and full content (better for inline campaigns or quiz result pages). A few ideas you can test:

  • An exit intent on a product page, showing a strong rating or specific review right before someone leaves
  • A sidebar or banner on a category page, surfacing ratings for featured products
  • A quiz result page, showing reviews for the recommended product right where someone's deciding whether to add to cart

Relative Date Max/Min Extension

Digioh’s date dropdowns already support a static max and minimum selectable date. The Relative Date Max/Min extension lets you swap that fixed date for a relative expression, so the field stays accurate without manual updates.

Instead of entering a specific date and updating it periodically, you configure something like max_date: =9m and it automatically calculates the right date every time the campaign loads. For example, for a maternity brand capturing expected due dates, the maximum would sit about nine months out from today. Set the expression once and it handles itself.

We're adding a scratch-off gamified pop-up to our template library, where visitors scratch to reveal their offer. You have full control of the pre-scratch image, discount, and what shows once they scratch. It'll join spin-to-win, slot machine, and the other gamified formats already in Digioh.
