From pre-built revenue reports to a new way to reach subscribers your email list has lost, here's what we shipped this month.

The Digioh Agent is the AI assistant built into your Digioh account. Ask it something in plain language and it works from your data to give you an answer. (It’s still in beta. Reach out to support@digioh.com if you want access.)
The biggest update this month: nine pre-built reports that pull from your Digioh, GA4, Klaviyo, and Shopify data and return a structured analysis with revenue impact. A few of them:
You can also skip the reports entirely and just ask it something. "What are some unique campaigns I could be running?" or "Where am I losing the most revenue?" works just as well. It'll figure out what you need and pull the right data to answer.
One more addition: you can now upload images, PDFs, and spreadsheets directly into the Agent and work from them in context.
If you want to see how it works, check out this interactive tour.

We're running a beta for Passport Recover, an extension of identification solution, available for brands using Klaviyo.
Some of your subscribers opted in at some point, but then unsubscribed, got suppressed, or just went anonymous over time. Your email program has no way to reach them now, even when they're actively on your site.
Passport Recover identifies those visitors, and gives you a way to act on it. Even when email is off the table, you can reach them with a personalized onsite experience while they're actively browsing.
Every time Recover re-identifies a visitor, it now sends a Digioh Passport Recover event into Klaviyo. That means you can build a segment of exactly the people Recover brought back, then branch flows off that event or target that same segment with onsite campaigns in Digioh. It's the clearest way to see how much incremental revenue Recover is driving.

The scratch-off pop-up we teased in June is now ready for you to use. Visitors scratch to reveal their offer, and you control the pre-scratch image, the discount, and what shows once they scratch. Just head to the theme library, navigate to “Gamification” use cases, and start building.
You need two things running together on the same page: a quiz and an exit-intent tied to it. As a visitor moves through the quiz, the extension tracks which step they're on. If they try to leave, the exit-intent fires. When they submit their email there, the quiz step they were on gets automatically attached to that submission.
This allows you to report on which quiz steps cause the most drop-off and which steps visitors see when they convert, without writing custom code. Here's more info on how to set it up.

We co-authored a playbook with Klaviyo: The Revenue Playbook. If your flows are live, your campaigns are sending and things feel like they're working—but your results have plateaued—you’re going to want to check this out.
Most Klaviyo setups still rely on cookies to know who's who. That works until a shopper switches devices, clears their browser, or a cookie expires. At that point you lose the thread on a subscriber you already earned. The playbook walks through how identity resolution and zero-party data close that gap, and what it means for your reach and revenue.
